What does it all mean?

Testing Organisations

eurofins, igtc, SGS, CTI, are testing laboratories from around the world. They can help verify a product is compliant with a certain standard. Our EUGYs have visited these labs to ensure all components of the product are safe, such as the ink or glue.

Compliance Standards

  • EN71 is a European Toy Safety Standard. The 13 sections ensures children's toys are safe physically, mechanically, chemically, and much more.

  • CPSIA Public Law is a Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act in the US that outlines regulations pertaining to harmful chemicals that can be found in children's toys.

  • ASTM is a US-based International Standards Organisation. ASTM F963-17 is a comprehensive specification to ensure toys are not hazardous.
